CIA
Spend the day in the beautiful Hudson River Valley at Hyde Park, New York. After a tour of the Culinary Institute of America, America’s center for culinary education since 1946, we'll have lunch in one of the CIA's restaurants where the meal will be prepared and served by chefs in training. Many famous chefs including Duff Goldman, Ann Burrell, Michael Symon, and Amanda Freitag, got their start at the CIA. After lunch, you'll have free time to check out the campus bookstore for a new cookbook or the latest kitchen gadget and take home a delicious treat from the Apple Pie Cafe and Bakery.

Due to site limitations at Val-Kill Cottage, our next stop will be FDR's lifelong home, Springwood. At the Roosevelt Library and Museum, we'll learn through photographs and artifacts about the only President elected to four terms.  Admission to the Franklin D. Roosevelt National Historic Site is free for children 15 and under so $10 will be deducted from the cost of the trip at checkout.

*NOTE: Please call 267-649-7200 if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions.  Substitutions will not be made the day of the trip.

* Adjustments and discounts will be applied during checkout if applicable. *
